We are committed to supporting our patients and their families beyond their incident, whether that be by providing opportunities to speak to us or by pointing you in the direction of specialist organisations that can help.

We're here for you

We understand that the recovery journey after you or your loved ones meet the Magpas Air Ambulance team can be long and complicated, and we're keen to support you in any way we can.

Some patients and/or their families find it beneficial to have contact with our patient engagement team, who can offer tailored support and follow-up at a pace that's comfortable for you.

Even if you're not sure what kind of support you require, we're here to help. We can offer a point of contact to answer questions, talk through your case and help you process what happened to you or your loved one.

If you feel this would be beneficial to you, or if you would like to pay us a visit to meet the team, please use the form below and we'll be in touch.

We'd love to hear from you
