Meet in a brand-new, accessible building with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing lots of natural light, and technology and facilities to suit all needs. By hiring a meeting room at the Magpas Air Ambulance base, you'll also be supporting a lifesaving local charity.
We have three spaces available to suit different needs—our visitors' centre, boardroom and meeting room—and can accommodate up to 50 guests.

“The venue is hugely convenient for us as it is situated very centrally in Cambridgeshire with easy access from a major road.
The facilities are very accessible with plenty of parking, clean and accessible facilities, and kitchen facilities for tea and coffee. The IT services are fantastic, we are able to host multiplatform meetings and training by connecting through the IT system. This allows us to host our meetings simultaneously face to face and via Microsoft Teams, enabling greater accessibility to our sessions for our guests and staff.
We have utilised the boardroom which is the perfect quiet setting for productive business meetings. Our favourite room has to be the Visitor Centre, we utilise this room to host our collaborative meetings, as the open plan, airy atmosphere and great view, helps inspire new ideas and open conversation."
