Learn more about your right to make subject access requests (SAR) at Magpas Air Ambulance.

Your right to data

You—or your representative—have the right under current data protection legislation (Article 15 of the UK General Data Protection Regulations) to ask an organisation if they hold information about you, and where that is the case, to have access to that information.

This is called the right to access, and is commonly known as making a subject access request (SAR).

To request information about yourself or on behalf of someone else, please contact our subject access request team using the relevant forms and contact information below. For most requests, we are required to respond with the requested information within a month of receiving your request. If we require more information from you, this time limit will be paused or in some cases may be extended. Where that is the case, you will be informed of this as soon as possible.

Contacting the Subject Access Request team

All requests for information can be made as follows:

Post: Subject access request team, Magpas Air Ambulance, Centenary House, St Mary’s Street, Huntingdon, PE29 3PE
Phone: 01480 371060

Please note, that whilst it is not a requirement for you to complete the forms below, your request must include:

Your full name and address
The data subject's details (if different from above)
What information is being requested

If you are the data subject, you will also need to provide proof of your identity. If you are requesting information regarding someone else, we will need proof of their consent or your right to access, and proof of your identity. Details of accepted documentation can be found in the relevant forms below.
