Lisa Ramage
Lisa is a EM and PHEM trainee, and also works at Addenbrooke’s hospital in the Emergency Department. She has previously worked at EHAAT and also with London’s Physician Response Unit. Her interests include pre-hospital research and education. She is an honorary lecturer at QMUL, and is module lead for Applied Sciences for the pre-hospital care BSc. She was the previous chair of PHOTON, the trainee-led pre-hospital research network, and led on a number of projects including a Delphi which aimed to define current priorities in pre-hospital critical care research and a national evaluation of thoracotomy practice. She was a surgeon in a previous life, but has since dedicated her career to becoming an emergency and pre-hospital care physician. She is enthusiastic about working at Magpas Air Ambulance and loves being part of such an amazing team. Away from work, she can be found spending time with her two children and her excitable dog.
