Dr Alec Ostler, is currently a civilian GP working within the Ministry of Defence. He has 23 years of service within the RAF Medical Services. Since he was an A&E SHO in Peterborough City Hospital in 2000 he has admired the lifesaving work of Magpas. Alec says “as a resident of Cambridgeshire now, I would relish the opportunity to be a part of the Magpas family, and act as a Trustee to assist the Management team in developing, protecting and governing the organisation for now and for the future.
