Dawn is an experienced change and communication specialist supporting organisations to deliver business outcomes. Her people-focused approach has enabled her to work across industries with organisations such as Actis, AstraZeneca, Bupa, Orange and NHS Digital. In these roles she has launched strategies, coached leaders, implemented operational changes, improved communication and embedded new ways of working. She is delighted to join the Trustee Board and looks forward to collaborating together to enable Magpas Air Ambulance to grow sustainably and save more lives.
Dawn is a qualified business coach, accredited change management practitioner, has a BA degree and diploma in communications and business management certificate from Cambridge University Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). She lives in Cambridgeshire with her husband and inquisitive dog, Watson.
