And, this year, we offered our supporters the opportunity to be part of every one of those lifesaving missions. With a gift to our Your Name, Every Mission appeal, their chosen names will be printed on the Magpas Air Ambulance helicopter; flying alongside our lifesaving crew on every mission.

Your Name, Every Mission (YNEM) – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to Magpas Air Ambulance’s Your Name, Every Mission (YNEM) campaign. By submitting a Name and making a donation, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Magpas Air Ambulance is a registered charity in England and Wales (Charity Number 1119279).
1. The Campaign
1.1. The YNEM campaign enables eligible supporters to have a Name printed on the Magpas Air Ambulance helicopter in recognition of a qualifying donation.
1.2. A minimum donation of £100 per Name is required.
1.3. Names may be the supporter’s own name; the name of another individual (living or deceased); or the name of a legitimate organisation or group, subject to these Terms.
1.4. Inclusion of a Name is a discretionary acknowledgement of support only and does not create sponsorship, endorsement, ownership, advertising, intellectual property, or other rights.
2. Acceptance and Discretion
2.1. Submission of a Name constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2.2. Magpas Air Ambulance reserves the right to refuse or remove any Name, suspend or amend the campaign, or amend these Terms where reasonably necessary.
2.3. Any decision made by Magpas Air Ambulance in connection with the campaign is final.
3. Campaign Period
3.1. The campaign opens on 13 February 2026 and closes on 29 May 2026, or until all spaces have been filled.
3.2. Magpas Air Ambulance may close, suspend, or extend the campaign at its discretion.
3.3. Name submissions received after the closing date, or after all spaces have been filled will not be taken/be refunded.
4. Eligibility and Authority
4.1. Donors must be aged 18 or over and capable of making a valid payment.
4.2. The person submitting a Name confirms they have the legal authority and appropriate consent to do so.
4.3. Magpas Air Ambulance may request evidence of consent where reasonably required.
4.4 Where a name is submitted without appropriate consent, the submitter shall be solely responsible for any claims that arise.
5. Donations
5.1. Donations must be new and made specifically in connection with YNEM.
5.2. Donations are non-transferable between campaigns.
5.3. All funds will be applied to Magpas Air Ambulance’s general charitable purposes.
5.4. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances.
5.5 Magpas Air Ambulance is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions or delays that prevent of affect the submission of a Name of completion of a donation.
6. Name Requirements
6.1. Each donation entitles the supporter to submit one Name only.
6.2. Multiple individuals within one Name entry are not permitted.
6.3. Names may include titles and informal or shortened names.
6.4. Names must relate to real, identifiable individuals or legitimate organisations; must not exceed 30 characters; and must not include special characters other than hyphens.
6.5. Names must not contain offensive, unlawful, political, commercial, or reputationally damaging content.
6.6. Submission of a name does not guarantee exclusivity; identical or similar names may appear.
7. Right to Refuse or Remove
7.1. Magpas Air Ambulance may refuse, remove, or decline to display any Name at its sole discretion.
7.2. Where a Name breaches these Terms, there is no obligation to provide a refund.
8. Accuracy and Production
8.1. Supporters are responsible for ensuring Names are submitted exactly as intended.
8.2. Names will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
8.3. Corrections cannot be guaranteed once production has commenced.
8.4. Magpas Air Ambulance is not liable for incorrect display, omission, or removal of a Name.
9. Display and Duration
9.1. Placement, size, typography, and duration are determined solely by Magpas Air Ambulance.
9.2. Names may be removed or altered for operational, safety, maintenance, or branding reasons.
9.3. No minimum display period is guaranteed.
10. Certificates and Pin Badges
10.1. Supporters will receive a certificate and pin badge as a gesture of appreciation.
10.2. Items will normally be dispatched within 10 working days of cleared funds.
10.3. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
10.4 Magpas Air Ambulance reserves the right to substitute these items or other supporter items with alternatives of equal or greater value.
11. Marketing and Publicity
11.1. Magpas Air Ambulance may use images or footage of the helicopter (including visible Names) for promotional purposes.
11.2. Submitted Names may appear in such materials without further notice or compensation.
11.3. By sharing a story of a name choice within the online submission form, Supporters thereby grant Magpas Air Ambulance permission to use excerpts of the story, along with their first name, in campaign materials across print, digital and social channels. We may also contact Supporters using the details provided to discuss their story further.
12. Access and Events
12.1. Participation does not confer any right to attend events or access aircraft or operational sites.
12.2. Any related opportunities are discretionary and subject to operational requirements.
13. Data Protection
13.1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and Magpas Air Ambulance Privacy Policy.
13.2. Supporters may receive postal communications and may opt in to email or telephone communications.
13.3. Communication preferences may be updated via emailing fundraising@magpas.org.uk or calling 01480 371060.
14. Liability
14.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magpas Air Ambulance shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.
14.2. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or liability that cannot be excluded under law.
15. Governing Law
15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.2. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
