The celebrations for our Your Name, Every Mission campaign will take place over two days, Saturday-Sunday, 28-29th November.

Guests are invited to join us for an allocated one-hour slot, between 3:30-8:15 pm.

Please refer to your invitation for your allocated time slot and date we'd like you to join us for.

Guest numbers on site at any one time are restricted for health and safety purposes; all supporters who have donated to the Your Name, Every Mission campaign have therefore been allocated a specific time slot to join us.

Guests are asked to only attend during the slot allocated to them; however, in extenuating circumstances, we may be able to accommodate a change in time. Please contact us using the button below if you'd like to chat.

The celebrations will take base at the Magpas Air Ambulance airbase in Alconbury Weald.

Yes, parking is available here on site at our airbase. Please note, spaces are limited, so car sharing where possible is much appreciated.

All invited guests may choose to bring one additional guest with them; please ensure you select this option when you complete your RSVP form and provide your guest's name.
