Magpas Air Ambulance is registered with the Fundraising Regulator

The Fundraising Regulator sets and maintains the standards for charitable fundraising, aiming to ensure that fundraising is respectful, open, honest and accountable to the public.

As members, we comply with the Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice and Fundraising Promise. Our promise to you, our supporters, can be seen in the tabs below.

If, for any reason, our fundraising practices have not met acceptable standards we would like to hear from you. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days.

If you feel you have not received a satisfactory response to your complaint, you can contact the Fundraising Regulator.
