Small Business Stars

When you fundraise through your organisation’s sales, you need a legal agreement in place with your charity of choice, known as a Commercial Participation Agreement. These take time and resources to create, but by signing up for our Small Business Stars programme, all the hard work is done for you.

Work for Good is a fundraising platform making it easy and legal for small businesses to support charities through sales fundraising, breaking down the legal barriers that often hold businesses back from fundraising for charities they care about. Their mission is to help purpose-driven organizations and talented professionals connect.

Once you’ve set up your Commercial Participation Agreement with Work for Good, a portion of the sales of your goods or services will be processed by Work for Good, who then pass on the donations to us.

The small amounts donated from your organisation will collectively raise a significant amount alongside other local businesses who are also choosing to support the charity.

Work for Good deducts 5% (exc VAT) from donations.

Partnering with Magpas Air Ambulance via Work for Good takes the hard work out of making charitable donations, protecting your business by processing legal donations on your behalf.

In addition, you’ll become a part of our local business network. We’ll:

• Invite you to our annual celebration with all of our Small Business Stars to honour the collective achievement
• Provide you with marketing materials and support to promote your achievements
• Recognise your generous support on our website and social media feeds.
