Your experience of the care you received as a patient of Magpas Air Ambulance is essential to improving our service.

We appreciate that you may have little to no recollection of your time with us but we would be very grateful if you could answer as many of the following questions as possible. This enables us to review our work and ensure that we are always delivering the best possible care.
