If you would like to provide some feedback, you can do so on our Patient Feedback page. We fully appreciate that sometimes people are too unwell to remember much about the care they received. If there is anyone close by, such as a carer or a friend who is able to provide feedback instead, they are most welcome to.
Your Health Records
Management of patient data is something we take very seriously at Magpas Air Ambulance and we have strict processes in place to ensure confidentiality of any information we gather as part of a patient’s record. The Magpas Air Ambulance Service User’s Guide has also been written to specifically answer questions relating to personal information and how we use and manage the information.
