What other challenges have said:

“I was part of the September London to Paris trip and would like to commend the Challenge Central team for running a well organised, brilliantly supported trip. The guides were like family and looked after everyone. All abilities were catered for with constant encouragement to succeed. I feel proud to have taken part.”

The minimum age to complete the cycle challenge is 18 (or 15 if accompanied by an adult taking part who will have full responsibility of the child during the trip).

Three days of consecutive cycling between 55 and 75 miles (around 7 hours each day at an average pace of 13mph) is no easy task but certainly possible if you’re relatively active and with the right training and positive mental attitude. None of the Challenge Central events are organised for just elite cyclists, and they work collectively as a team to overcome the challenge.

No, the support vehicle will carry anything you don’t need whilst you are cycling – and will never be far away.

Accommodation in Paris and travel back from Europe is not included in the challenge package, so it’s up to you how long you want to stay and organise accordingly!

If you would like Challenge Central to bring your bike/kit back for you, they can take them to their base in Hertfordshire where you can arrange pickup on your return to England within 2 weeks from the Monday after the challenge (for £25).
