Numerous EEAST Ambulance Service paramedic crews, a Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) and Hertfordshire Police were also in attendance.

The helicopter crew who flew the medical team were Pilot Chris Sherriff and Technical Crew Member Steve Hunwicks.
