Woman suffers fall, nr Graveley – Magpas Helimedix fly to her
At 12:57pm afternoon (2nd), Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Alex Cross and Paramedic Phil Almond) arrived near the Graveley area, via the Magpas Helimedix Air Ambulance. A woman (in her 50’s) suffer a backwards fall and lost consciousness.
The Magpas team assessed the patient, whilst working alongside an EEAST Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew. The woman was then taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital, in a stable condition, by land ambulance.
The Helicopter team who flew the Helimedix to the scene was: Pilot Rob Pennell and Crew Member Simon Amos.
All the Emergency Services worked extremely well together.
