St Ives woman suffers seizure – Magpas Helimedix called to her
At 1:06pm yesterday afternoon (21st), Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Tom Odbert and Paramedic Dan Phillips) arrived in the St Ives area via the Magpas Rapid Response BMW – after a woman (in her 50’s) suffered a seizure.
The Magpas team worked alongside an EEAST Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew to assess and treat the patient. The Helimedix sedated the woman (providing her with A&E level care), before accompanying her in a land ambulance to Hinchingbrooke Hospital. The woman was in a serious but stable condition.
Magpas Helimedix would like thank the EEAST Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew who were at the scene, for their excellent team work.
