Nr Chatteris, boy suffers fall – Magpas called to him
At 11.28am this morning (5th) Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Leigh Bissett and Paramedic Chris Hawkins) arrived near Chatteris via the Magpas Rapid Response BMW, after a boy had suffered a fall.
The Helimedix assessed the patient who had suffered a head injury. The Magpas team provided the boy with pain relief, before accompanying him to Addenbrooke’s Hospital by land ambulance. On arrival at the hospital the patient was in a stable condition.
An EEAST Ambulance Service Paramedic Crew were also on the scene.
