Peterborough, Magpas Air Ambulance flies to child with breathing difficulties

At 11.37am this morning (12th), Magpas Doctor Rupert Hurry and Paramedic Ryan Warwick landed in Peterborough, via the air ambulance, to treat a young boy suffering from breathing difficulties.

The Magpas team administered medication to help the child with his breathing. Paramedics from EEAST Ambulance Service then took the boy by land ambulance to Peterborough City Hospital. He was in a stable condition on arrival.

The Helicopter crew who flew the medical team were Pilot Andy Figg and Crewmember Simon Amos.
