At 1.02pm this afternoon (21st), Magpas Doctor Dave Leverton and Paramedic Dan Read landed near St Neots, via the air ambulance, to treat a woman who had suffered a fall.
The Magpas team assessed the woman (in her 70s) who had sustained a head injury. The patient was given pain relief before the team accompanied her by land ambulance to Addenbrooke’s Hospital. She was in a stable condition upon arrival.
EEAST Ambulance Service were also in attendance.
