Nr Downham Market, 4x people involved in 2x car collision – Magpas Air Ambulance flies to scene

At 4:46pm on Wednesday 4th September, Magpas Doctor Tom Odbert and Paramedic Dan Phillips landed in a rural location West of Downham Market via the Magpas Air Ambulance. They had been called to treat a woman who had been injured in a collision between two cars.

The Magpas enhanced medical team assessed the patient (in her 40’s) who had sustained a serious leg injury. She was in a stable condition upon arrival.

Three other people were involved in the collision. Two of whom were children (in their teens) who had sustained minor injuries and were transported to hospital by an EEAST Ambulance Service paramedic crew.

Norfolk Police, Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service and off duty paramedics were also in attendance.
