At 3.13am this morning (9th), Magpas Doctor Rupert Hurry and Paramedic Chris Hawkins arrived at the M11 near Epping, via the rapid response car, to a collision involving two vehicles.
The team assessed a man in his 20s who had sustained a head injury. They provided the patient with pain relief and anti-sickness medication before accompanying him by land ambulance to Addenbrooke’s Hospital. The patient was in a stable condition on arrival.
EEAST Ambulance Service, Essex County Fire and Rescue Service and Essex Police were also in attendance.
