King’s Lynn, man injured in industrial incident – Magpas Air Ambulance flies to him

At 10:58am yesterday morning (25th) Magpas Doctor Adriana Cordier and Paramedic Dan Read landed in King’s Lynn via the Magpas Air Ambulance. They had been called to treat a man who had been injured in an industrial incident.

The Magpas enhanced medical team assessed the patient (in his 50’s) who had suffered serious injuries. They worked closely with an EEAST Ambulance Service paramedic crew, to protect his injuries and safely move him into the air ambulance, before airlifting the patient to Addenbrooke’s Hospital for further care. He was in a very serious but stable condition upon arrival.

The helicopter crew who flew the patient and medical team were Chief Pilot Richard Eastwood and Crewmember Simon Amos.
