At 9.52pm on Wednesday evening (1st), Magpas Doctor Dave Leverton and Paramedic Alex Pearce arrived in Bedford, via the rapid response vehicle, to treat a woman who had collapsed.
The Magpas team assessed the woman (in her 30s) and anaesthetised her at the scene (giving her A&E level care). They then accompanied her by land ambulance to Bedford Hospital where she was in a serious but stable condition upon arrival.
An EEAST paramedic crew were also in attendance.
