Baldock, road traffic collision – Magpas Helimedix called to scene
At 11.25pm on Saturday night (27th) Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Nick Scott and Paramedic Dan Read) arrived in Baldock via the Magpas Rapid Response BMW – following a collision between two cars.
The Helimedix assessed a male patient (in his 30’s) who had suffered head and body injuries. The Magpas team sedated the man (providing specialist A&E care at the scene) before accompanying him to Addenbrooke’s Hospital by land ambulance. On arrival at the hospital the patient was in a serious but stable condition.
The Police, Fire and Rescue Services and EEAST Ambulance Service Paramedic Crews were also on the scene.
